Harmony is a vibrant Double IPA that showcases the expressive interplay of Citra, Strata, and Simcoe hops. Simcoe adds a grounding layer of resinous pine and subtle berry undertones. Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (SRM 7-9). Features a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with excellent lacing. Displays a soft, uniform haze common in modern interpretations.
Aroma. Intensity is high, dominated by a complex hop bouquet. Citra provides vivid notes of grapefruit and mango, while Strata introduces passionfruit and a pungent, dank quality. Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is moderate-high, providing a lively mouthfeel that balances the hop oils. A gentle, restrained alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated, with no hop-derived astringency.
