This Double IPA showcases the vibrant synergy of Mosaic and Vic Secret hops, delivering an aromatic explosion of ripe pineapple, passion fruit, and mixed berries. The sensory profile is defined by an intense tropical character where the signature blueberry and citrus notes of Mosaic meld with the resinous pine and stone fruit of Vic Secret. A soft, neutral malt presence provides a foundational support for the assertive bitterness without adding weight, maintaining a clean and drinkable profile despite its 8.5% ABV. The finish is remarkably crisp, leaving a lingering impression of pine needles and grapefruit zest on the palate.

Appearance. Light orange-gold with a significant hazy to opaque clarity typical of modern craft interpretations. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of pineapple, passion fruit, blueberry, and tangerine. Background hints of resinous pine and a very light, clean, crackery maltiness. Fermentation character is neutral.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical fruit and crushed berries. Malt flavor is low and supportive, suggesting white bread or light grain. Hop flavors of passion fruit and grapefruit dominate the mid-palate. Moderately high bitterness that remains smooth rather than harsh. The finish is medium-dry with a clean, lingering hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, almost creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. A gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, enhancing the fullness without being solventy or hot.
