This Double IPA presents an intense sensory experience defined by a saturated hop profile from Mosaic, Rakau, Galaxy, and Citra. Aromatics are dominated by overripe mango, passion fruit, and lime zest, underscored by a subtle, clean, grainy malt backbone. On the palate, the high-alpha hops provide layers of peach and berry flavors alongside a firm but smooth bitterness. Despite its 10.5% ABV, the beer maintains high drinkability with a clean fermentation profile and a dry, lingering hoppy finish. It represents a bold, modern interpretation of the style, balancing extreme hop saturation with a soft, supportive body and integrated warmth.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange (7–10 SRM). Pours with a thick, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing. Exhibits a soft, modern haze consistent with high hopping rates.

Aroma. High intensity with a complex bouquet of tropical fruit, passion fruit, and mango from Galaxy and stone fruit like apricot and peach from Rakau. Mosaic adds a signature berry and light dankness, while Citra contributes bright grapefruit and lime. Malt is neutral and supportive.

Taste. Initial hop impact is aggressive yet smooth, featuring layers of tropical citrus and melon. Bitterness is moderately high but lacks harshness, balanced by a lean malt profile that suggests cracker and light honey. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a long, resinous, and fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a creamy, smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. A noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, reflecting its high strength without being solventy or hot.
