This Double IPA showcases an intense saturation of Citra hops, elevated by a meticulous double dry-hopping process. The sensory experience is dominated by vibrant layers of bright lime zest, juicy grapefruit, and ripe mango, underpinned by a subtle, clean malt sweetness. As a Double IPA, it balances this hop intensity with a firm but smooth bitterness that never becomes harsh. The aromatic profile is profoundly floral and tropical, while the palate remains surprisingly dry and drinkable despite its 7.8% strength. Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (6-9 SRM) with a slight, modern haze. Features a moderate-sized, persistent white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent Citra characteristics of grapefruit, lime zest, and mango. Low floral and resinous notes are supported by a clean, neutral, grainy malt background with a light fruity fermentation profile.
