This Double IPA delivers a saturated sensory experience through an intensive double dry-hopping regimen. The strategic use of Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, and Mosaic DynaBoost creates a complex foundation of blueberry and tropical fruit. Nelson adds sophisticated layers of white wine and crushed gooseberry, while Galaxy provides a sharp, pungent passion fruit punch. A lean, neutral malt backbone allows these hop varieties to shine, leading to a firm yet smooth bitterness. Despite the 8.5% ABV, the beer maintains high drinkability with a dry, resinous finish that emphasizes hop saturation over malt weight and showcases modern hop intensity.

Appearance. Light orange-copper (SRM 8) with a noticeable haze consistent with intensive dry-hopping. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop bouquet featuring prominent blueberry and mixed berries from Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo, accented by Nelson-derived white wine and gooseberry. Galaxy adds pungent passion fruit and citrus notes over a very low, neutral, grainy malt background.

Taste. Strong hop flavor follows the aroma with layers of passion fruit, peach, and berry sweetness. Nelson provides a distinctive white grape character mid-palate. High bitterness is firm and clean, lacking any harshness. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a lingering fruity and resinous aftertaste.
