FERMENTIQUE Fool Me Once is a vibrant Hazy IPA that captures the essence of a modern juice-forward ale. This NEIPA leads with an assertive sensory bouquet of ripe stone fruits and bright citrus, layered with a distinct berry-like sweetness that invites the first sip. The malt provides a soft, bready foundation that supports the intense hop load without adding distracting caramel or toast. On the palate, the hop character is lush and expressive, offering a complex blend of peach and tropical notes balanced by a restrained bitterness.
