This Double IPA presents an intense aromatic display driven by a modern trio of Nectaron, Citra, and Mosaic hops. The sensory experience is dominated by saturated notes of sun-ripened stone fruit and vibrant tropical pineapple, underscored by bright lime zest and a subtle resinous pine. While the 8% ABV provides a structural foundation, the malt remains clean and supportive, allowing the complex hop oils to take center stage. A firm, refreshing bitterness cuts through the soft texture, leading to a crisp, dry finish that emphasizes the expressive character of these New World hops without any harshness.

Appearance. Gold to light orange with a slight modern haze. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma with prominent tropical fruit, peach, and passion fruit notes. Subtle citrus and berry-like esters are supported by a neutral, grainy-sweet malt background. Clean fermentation with a very light, smooth alcohol presence.

Taste. High hop flavor intensity featuring nectarine, grapefruit, and blueberry notes. Bitterness is high but well-integrated and smooth, never harsh. A low, clean malt character provides a soft backbone. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a lingering hoppy and bitter aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate-high. Noticeable but well-restrained and smooth alcohol warmth is present without being hot or solventy.
