RAINBOW LEMONADE is a vibrant and electric Wild Specialty Beer that bursts with a tropical kaleidoscope of aromatics. The primary profile is dominated by the luscious, creamy character of Guava and the tart, floral brightness of Raspberry. These are layered over the sharp, exotic citrus notes of Yuzu and Lime, while Passion fruit provides a deep, tangy undercurrent. The wild fermentation lends a crisp, lactic acidity that cuts through the dense fruit, creating a complex interplay between funky esters and zesty refreshment. It is a bold, modern interpretation that balances intense fruit saturation with the refreshing finish characteristic of an American wild fermentation.

Appearance. Deep pink to vibrant reddish-orange with significant opacity. Pours with a moderate, pink-tinted head that fades relatively quickly, leaving light lacing.
