Fermenterarna’s NEED MY SPACE is an expressive Hazy IPA that masterfully showcases the vinous and tropical intersection of Nelson Sauvin and Idaho 7. The addition of Idaho 7 Cryo and the Cryo Pop blend creates an amplified sensory experience, exploding with vivid notes of crushed green grapes, ripe stone fruit, and sweet honeydew melon. A soft, pillowy malt backbone provides a cushioned canvas for these hop-saturated flavors, ensuring the high fruit intensity remains balanced. This beer epitomizes the juicy, modern New England style, delivering a lush, fruit-forward profile with a smooth, approachable finish that hides its strength behind layers of tropical complexity.

Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (4-6 SRM). Opaque and hazy with a characteristic luminous glow; thick, persistent, meringue-like white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring white wine, gooseberry, and passion fruit. Idaho 7 adds layers of apricot and subtle mango, while the Cryo Pop blend provides a concentrated tropical punch. Low bready malt and a clean, supportive fermentation profile.

Taste. Massive fruity hop flavors of green grapes, peach, and melon. The malt presence is low to moderate, providing a neutral, grainy sweetness that supports the hops without adding caramel or toast. Perceived bitterness is low to medium-low, appearing soft and integrated. The finish is juicy and off-dry, featuring a clean, lingering tropical aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, creamy, and pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. Smooth and devoid of hop harshness or astringency.
