This Double New England IPA is a vibrant showcase of modern hop artistry, featuring a lush, saturated profile driven by Krush, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Citra. The sensory experience opens with an intense wave of tropical mango and stone fruit, underscored by the signature white grape and gooseberry notes of Nelson Sauvin. Motueka adds a bright, zesty lime lift, while Citra provides a deep citrus backbone. Despite its strength, the beer remains soft and approachable, with a creamy texture that carries the massive dry-hop charge through a smooth, fruit-forward finish that masks its punchy strength.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (5–7 SRM). Opaque to highly hazy with a dense, long-lasting, creamy white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma dominated by passion fruit, mango, and crushed white grapes. Bright lime zest and peach notes are prominent, supported by a very low, neutral, crackery malt background. Clean fermentation profile with a hint of sweet alcohol.

Taste. A hop-saturated explosion of tropical fruit, including pineapple and stone fruit, alongside distinctive Nelson-driven wine-like nuances. Moderate bitterness that is soft and well-integrated. The malt provides a light, bready support without heavy sweetness. Finishes smooth with lingering citrus oils and a touch of lime zest.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. A gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present but never harsh or solventy.
