This vibrant Hazy IPA delivers a lush, juice-forward profile dominated by a heavy saturation of Mosaic, Mosaic cryo, Rakau, and Citra hops. The sensory experience opens with a tropical explosion of ripe mango, apricot, and zesty grapefruit, supported by the concentrated blueberry and subtle dank notes provided by the Mosaic cryo. A lean base of pale malts offers a soft, bready foundation that balances the intense hop character without adding distracting sweetness. The finish is remarkably smooth, highlighting the New Zealand-grown Rakau's stone fruit nuances and the clean, citrus-forward punch of Citra for a refreshing, high-impact aromatic impression.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4 SRM) with an opaque, hazy glow and a distinctive shine. Features a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring heavy tropical notes of mango and passionfruit, alongside stone fruit and bright citrus zest. Background hints of blueberry and a subtle earthy-dankness. Malt is supportive and secondary, appearing as a clean, lightly bready, and grainy scent with no caramel character.

Taste. Intensely fruity initial impression with flavors of peach, grapefruit, and lychee. Low to moderate hop bitterness is well-integrated and smooth, balanced by a soft, grainy malt backbone. The finish is off-dry and exceptionally clean, with lingering tropical fruit and a slight resinous quality that avoids any harshness or astringency.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, pillowy texture and a smooth mouthfeel. Moderate carbonation provides a gentle sparkle. No detectable alcohol warmth, and lacks any raw starch texture or acidic twang.
