HYPNO GOAT is a lush Hazy IPA that exemplifies the modern New England style through its saturated hop profile and velvety texture. A generous dry-hop addition of Riwaka, Citra, and Mosaic drives an intense aromatic display of ripe mango, zesty citrus, and pungent passionfruit. At 7.1% ABV, the beer presents a fuller body than a standard IPA, providing a soft, pillowy platform for the tropical fruit flavors to shine. The presence of flaked grains ensures a smooth, substantial mouthfeel that carries the fruity esters through to a gentle, off-dry finish. Appearance. Straw to light orange in color (4-6 SRM); opaque, hazy appearance with a healthy shine; thick, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and persistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma; dominant tropical fruit notes of mango and passionfruit alongside bright grapefruit and lime citrus; background of neutral, grainy, and slightly bready malt; clean fermentation with subtle fruity esters.
