This American Pale Ale serves as a vibrant showcase for a modern hop trio, featuring the assertive profiles of Citra, Idaho 7, and Mosaic cryo. The sensory experience is lead by a high-intensity aromatic burst of grapefruit and tropical mango from the Citra, complemented by the resinous pine and ripe pineapple notes characteristic of Idaho 7. The addition of Mosaic cryo provides a concentrated layer of blueberry and stone fruit that persists from the first sniff through the palate. A lean, neutral malt backbone supports the hop-forward character without distraction, leading to a crisp, refreshing finish defined by a clean, lingering bitterness.

Appearance. Pale gold (SRM 6) with moderate clarity. Pours with a moderately large, white, frothy head that exhibits good retention and leaves delicate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by citrus zest, tropical pineapple, and a hint of pine resin. Low neutral, grainy-sweet malt character provides a background for esters of blueberry and peach. Very clean fermentation profile with no diacetyl.
