This vibrant Hazy IPA delivers a saturated sensory experience centered on a fluffy and pillowy malt structure. Intense aromatic waves of lime zest and bright tropical fruit emerge from heavy double dry-hopping with Motueka, Riwaka, Simcoe, and Citra. The inclusion of Motueka hopkief amplifies the punchy citrus and lime notes, creating a deeply layered profile. On the palate, the beer is exceptionally juicy, balancing soft mango and passionfruit against a gentle, integrated bitterness. It finishes clean and off-dry, showcasing the complex interplay between the Southern Hemisphere hops and a smooth, grain-forward base.

Appearance. Pours a glowing, opaque pale gold (SRM 4) with a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head that exhibits excellent retention and thick lacing. The beer possesses a characteristic hazy shine without any visible particulates or yeast clumps.

Aroma. High intensity, dominated by a punchy bouquet of lime zest and mojito-like citrus from Motueka and Riwaka. Layered behind the citrus are notes of ripe mango, passionfruit, and a hint of earthy pine from Simcoe and Citra. The malt provides a neutral, bready, and lightly grainy foundation with no caramel or toast.

Taste. Massive fruity hop flavors lead the profile, mirroring the aroma with vibrant lime, crushed tropical fruit, and sweet grapefruit. The malt character is low to moderate, offering a soft, doughy supporting role. Bitterness is low to medium, perfectly balanced against the full body to ensure a smooth, non-harsh finish. The aftertaste is long and fruit-driven, leaning toward an off-dry, juicy impression.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, pillowy body with a soft, creamy texture that avoids being viscous or heavy. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to the fluffy sensation. There is a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth, with no astringency or harshness.
