This Double IPA presents a striking heavy yellow and orange hue, delivering an intense aromatic profile driven by a sophisticated hop blend. Citra and Citra cryo provide deep orange juice and citrus notes, while Nelson Sauvin adds a unique vinous complexity. Rakau contributes lush, overripe mango and stone fruit aromatics, amplified by the addition of Krush Hyperboost. The mouthfeel is exceptionally creamy and fluffy, departing from traditional malt structures to support the massive hop load. Despite its 8.5% strength, the beer maintains a balanced bitterness that ensures high drinkability through a soft, saturated tropical finish.

Appearance. Heavy yellow to orange hue (6-8 SRM); opaque and hazy. Large, persistent, frothy white head with dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of overripe mango, fresh orange juice, and tangerine. Secondary notes of white grape, gooseberry, and stone fruit. Clean, low grainy malt in the background with no notable fermentation byproducts.

Taste. Initial impression of explosive tropical fruit. Malt flavor is supportive and doughy, allowing hop flavors of citrus zest and mango to dominate. Balanced bitterness that is soft rather than sharp, contextualized by the massive dry hop load. Finishes medium-dry with a lingering, clean fruit character.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a distinctively creamy and fluffy texture. Moderate carbonation. Smooth, well-integrated alcohol warmth without any harshness or hop-derived astringency.
