This Double IPA presents a vivid sensory showcase of its hop-forward DNA, led by a heavy 75% Citra presence balanced with 25% Simcoe. The aroma is dominated by a saturated burst of pink grapefruit, mango, and lychee, with the Simcoe adding a structural layer of resinous pine and subtle woodsy spice. On the palate, the hop intensity remains high, delivering layers of tropical fruit and citrus zest over a clean, neutral grain base. At 8.2% ABV, the warmth is smooth and well-integrated, supporting a firm, lingering bitterness that defines its dry, refreshing finish.

Appearance. Gold to light orange-copper (7-10 SRM) with a moderate-sized, persistent, white to off-white head and slight hop-induced haze.

Aroma. High intensity hop character featuring dominant Citra notes of grapefruit, lime, and tropical melon, complemented by Simcoe's resinous pine and passion fruit. Background malt is neutral and grainy. Alcohol is noticeable but smooth.

Taste. Strong, complex hop flavors of citrus zest and pine needles. Malt is low and unobtrusive, providing a clean grain base. High bitterness that is firm but lacks harshness, leading to a dry finish with a long, resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, velvety texture. Moderate carbonation and a noticeable, restrained alcohol warmth. Low astringency.
