This Double IPA showcases a vibrant sensory interplay between a dominant Citra presence and the zesty accents of Motueka. The aroma leads with an intense burst of lime zest, crushed citrus, and overripe mango, supported by a lean, neutral malt base. On the palate, the high hop saturation delivers layers of ruby grapefruit and passion fruit characteristic of the Citra pellets, while the Motueka contributes a distinct lemon-lime brightness and subtle tropical sweetness. A firm but smooth bitterness balances the 8% alcohol strength, leading to a crisp, dry finish.
