Appearance. Deep gold to pale amber (7-10 SRM). Pours with a moderate, white, fine-beaded head that shows fair retention. Slight to moderate haze is present, characteristic of a natural, unfiltered spontaneous fermentation.
Aroma. High intensity and complex. Dominant funky character of wet hay, horse blanket, and leather. Complemented by moderate fruity esters of dried apricot, lemon zest, and a hint of pineapple.
