This Old Ale showcases an evocative vinous character reminiscent of fine Sherry or Port, accompanied by dried fruit layers of fig and raisin. Arka é uma Ale raiz, sem adjuntos, sem maltes torrados, sem madeira. Simplesmente maltes base locais, lúpulos ingleses, levedura inglesa e a fermentada no ambiente da Fermentaria Local.
Assim como dizem os registros do século 19 dizem sobre as Stock Ales, Arka passou por um longo período de guarda, desenvolvendo notas altamente frutadas, rústicas e ligeiramente ácidas: uma barleywine com um toque “selvagem”.
Depois de 12 meses de refermentação na garrafa, chega Arka 2022.
