Oasis is a modern, botanical-driven Saison that reimagines the farmhouse tradition through a refreshing, sessionable lens. The sensory profile is defined by a cool, crisp cucumber essence that integrates seamlessly with the bright, zesty citrus of lime. High carbonation lifts a bouquet of floral Continental hops and the distinctive, delicate spice of pink pepper, which complements the yeast’s natural peppery phenols. At this session strength, the grainy malt base remains lean and highly attenuated, leading to an exceptionally dry and thirst-quenching finish. It is a vibrant, aromatic ale where garden-fresh brightness meets the rustic complexity of classic Belgian fermentation.
Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (4-5 SRM) with a slight haze from the adjunct additions. It features a long-lasting, dense, rocky white head that leaves persistent Belgian lacing on the glass. Highly effervescent.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Freshly sliced cucumber and lime zest lead the profile, followed by fruity esters of pear and lemon. A low, floral Continental hop character sits alongside the distinct, mildly pungent spice of pink pepper and subtle peppery yeast phenols. Malt is low and cracker-like.
Taste. Initial impression is very crisp and refreshing with prominent cucumber and lime citrus flavors. The mid-palate reveals a soft, grainy malt character and moderate hop bitterness. Fermentation is clean but characterful, showcasing spicy pink pepper and light phenols that linger into a bone-dry finish. No residual sweetness is present.
Mouthfeel. Light, lean body with very high, prickly carbonation that provides a sparkling mouthfeel. Alcohol warmth is negligible given the low ABV. It is crisp and highly attenuated with a clean, refreshing finish and no astringency.
