This collaboration Imperial Stout presents an intense sensory journey, bridging the deep, roasted depths of a classic stout with the vibrant heat of Orange Habanero and the earthy decadence of cocoa nibs. It opens with a commanding presence of bittersweet chocolate and espresso, quickly followed by a nuanced, fruity chili warmth that builds without overwhelming the palate. The 9.3% alcohol provides a structural spine of warmth, while the rich malt bill ensures a velvety, full-bodied experience. Expect a complex interplay of charred grain, dark fruit esters, and a lingering, spicy finish that highlights the craft of Fehér Nyúl and Moersleutel.

Appearance. Jet black and opaque (SRM 40+). Pours with a thick, persistent deep tan to mocha-colored head that leaves significant lacing. High viscosity is apparent as the beer creates visible legs on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominant aromas of dark chocolate and rich cocoa nibs blend with roasted coffee and charred grain. Distinctive fruity, tropical notes from the Orange Habanero emerge, accompanied by light dark fruit esters like raisins and prunes. A clean alcohol warmth is present, though it remains well-integrated.
