Fermented with a kveik yeast strain, it radiates a tropical paradise of sweet mango and tangy pineapple aromas, immediately inviting the senses. On the palate, a clean, refreshing lactic acidity slices through the luscious, exotic fruit flavors, which are quickly met by a bold, warming kick of Trinidad Scorpion chili in the finish. It is a complex, unapologetic fusion of sharp sourness, tropical sweetness, and a lingering, spicy heat that challenges and delights in equal measure.

Appearance. Deep yellow to light gold with a distinct orange hue from the mango and pineapple. Highly effervescent with a slight haze. Pours with a dense, white head that dissipates rapidly, leaving minimal lacing.
