Despite its high 10% ABV, the beer maintains a clean fermentation profile typical of the style, eschewing heavy esters for a streamlined, vinous quality. The water profile, filtered through coral and lime, provides a crisp mineral foundation that balances the significant alcohol warmth. Appearance. Deep gold color (6 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a white, frothy head that displays moderate retention and light lacing, which is notable despite the high alcohol content.

Aroma. Moderate intensity with a clean fermentation profile. Prominent grainy-malty and slightly corny-sweet malt aroma is complemented by a distinct vinous alcohol presence. Very low herbal hop notes are buried beneath the malt and ethanol.
