This Hazy IPA offers a lush, tropical escape, defined by an intense aromatic marriage of Sabro and Talus hops. The pour is a vibrant, opaque straw-gold topped with a resilient white foam. On the nose, Talus contributes distinctive notes of pink grapefruit and dried rose petals, while Sabro amplifies the core theme of creamy coconut and ripe pineapple. The addition of toasted coconut flakes enriches the profile, providing a decadent, macaroon-like depth. The palate is soft and pillowy, with minimal bitterness and a juicy, fruit-forward finish that highlights the complex biotransformation of the New World hops.

Appearance. Deep straw to light orange (5 SRM) with an opaque, hazy shine. Features a medium, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma characterized by stone fruit, pineapple, and citrus. Strong coconut notes from Sabro hops and toasted coconut flakes are prominent, complemented by Talus-derived pink grapefruit and light floral rose esters. Malt character is neutral and lightly bready.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor of mango and passion fruit followed by a dominant, creamy toasted coconut character. Low to medium-high perceived bitterness that is masked by a soft, pillowy malt profile. Finish is off-dry and smooth without any harshness or astringency.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, velvety texture. Moderate carbonation and a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. No acidic twang or raw starch harshness.
