This Saison presents a bright golden hue with a remarkably light body, offering a vibrant sensory journey typical of a classic farmhouse ale. The aroma is dominated by a lively interplay of fruity esters—evocative of pome fruits and citrus—alongside a distinct spicy, peppery yeast character. On the palate, the fruitiness melds with a soft, grainy malt backbone, leading to a crisp, bone-dry finish. Appearance. Pale gold color (approximately 6 SRM) with a dense, long-lasting, rocky white head and excellent Belgian lacing. The beer is unfiltered with a slight, characteristic haze and high effervescence.
