PEACHfork reimagines the classic pre-prohibition Cream Ale with a vibrant, fruit-forward twist. This award-winning base utilizes corn to achieve a signature silky mouthfeel and subtle grainy sweetness. On the nose, fresh, sun-ripened peach dominates, supported by faint floral hop notes and a clean, cracker-like malt backbone. The palate is exceptionally refreshing and well-attenuated, where the delicate peach infusion melds seamlessly with a soft, corny sweetness. Brilliantly clear and highly carbonated, it finishes crisp and dry, offering a sophisticated, "peachified" take on a classic American lawnmower beer that remains remarkably sessionable and balanced.
Appearance. 3 SRM, pale gold. Brilliant, sparkling clarity with an effervescent pour. Moderate white head with fair retention and light lacing.
Aroma. Moderate-high aroma intensity featuring fresh peach fruitiness. Low malt sweetness with a distinct, pleasant corn-like note. Low floral and spicy hop character is present but secondary to the fruit and clean grain profile.
Taste. Initial impression is a burst of stone fruit followed by low to moderate malty sweetness. Neutral, grainy malt flavors lead into a recognizable corn-like profile that enhances the perception of smoothness. Low hop bitterness provides just enough support to balance the malt. The finish is clean and somewhat dry with a lingering hint of peach and cracker.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a characteristic silky, creamy texture derived from the corn. High carbonation provides a crisp, thirst-quenching snap. Alcohol warmth is very low and well-integrated.
