Después de varios meses de ardua tarea tenemos el nombre elegido y nuestro producto degustado por muchos amigos, los que han influido en la decisión final de cual estilo ofrecer al mercado.
Este tipo de cervezas, no tienen nada que ver con las comerciales a las que habitualmente estamos acostumbrados, ya que se trata de un producto 100% natural sin conservantes, fabricado al estilo de los monjes medievales y cumpliendo las leyes de pureza alemanas lo que las convierte en cervezas genuinas de pura malta, sin aditivos sin filtrar ni pasteurizar, confiriéndoles propiedades organolépticas inconfundibles.
Al contener todas las propiedades de la cebada y las levaduras en suspensión dentro de la botella, son cervezas vivas, con sustancia, que mejoran con el tiempo de maduración al igual que los vinos. Y que tienen una huella de identidad propia conferida por un elemento distintivo, el agua de esta tierra, cuyas características hacen que sean irrepetibles, ya que este ingrediente conforma más del 85% en su contenido.
También el nombre tiene que ver con lo nuestro, al ser esta provincia la que cuenta, con el único desierto de Europa, escenario elegido internacionalmente para el rodaje de películas del oeste, la cerveza Far West no pasará desapercibida entre nuestra gente.
Comercializamos tres estilos "Clásicos", una rubia liviana muy bebible y de bajo contenido alcohólico denominada Golden Star, una roja mas picante con cierto carácter vinoso, con el nombre de Red Wine, y una negra con cuerpo, de amargor suave y bien equilibrada, que llamamos Black Diamond, también cervezas "Especiales" de estilos mundialmente conocidos como: Kölsch, Rauchbier, Barley Wine, Trapenses y Otras.
Por sus características y su fabricación en pequeña escala, están dirigidas a un público selecto, amante de las delicatesen, ya que se trata de un producto gourmet, este hecho da algunas ventajas frente a las grandes empresas, porque podemos fabricar productos a la carta, (ver especialidades), con lo cual el cliente puede tener su propia receta de autor y ofrecer así una variedad especial distintiva de su establecimiento, inclusive con su nombre comercial en la etiqueta.
Completamos la oferta con catas de cervezas como así también el desarrollo de cursos-taller para la elaboración de cerveza en casa (homebrewers).
