This enigmatic Super Strength Saison offers a striking sensory journey characteristic of Brasserie Fantôme’s eccentric house style. The aroma is a vibrant tapestry of herbal green tea, spicy Belgian yeast, and bright citrus esters of lemon and pear. On the palate, a rustic, grainy malt foundation supports layers of earthy botanicals and floral tea leaves. Despite the 8% ABV, the finish remains remarkably dry and effervescent, punctuated by a firm, peppery bitterness and a subtle tannic structure derived from the tea. It is a whimsical yet sophisticated interpretation of the Saison style, balancing alcohol warmth with refreshing, grassy complexity.

Appearance. Luminous green-hued gold (approx. 6 SRM), hazy and unfiltered with a dense, rocky, long-lasting white head and exceptional lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; prominent herbal and grassy green tea notes mingle with spicy white pepper phenolics and fruity esters of lemon and green apple. Low grainy malt sweetness.

Taste. Initial herbal tea and citrus zest; mid-palate features rustic, crackery malt. High bitterness from both hops and tea tannins. Bone-dry finish with a lingering peppery, botanical aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with very high, effervescent carbonation. Noticeable but smooth alcohol warmth. Slight tannic astringency adds to the dry sensation.
