Appearance. Straw to brilliant gold (3 SRM). Generous, creamy white head with excellent retention and delicate lacing. Exceptionally clear and brilliant.

Aroma. Moderate-high intensity. Cool, refreshing cucumber skins lead the bouquet, followed by aromatic sweet basil and a dusting of white pepper. Beneath the botanicals, a clean grainy-sweet, cracker-like malt character persists. Traditional herbal and spicy hop notes intertwine with the basil. Clean fermentation profile.
