This English Barley Wine presents a powerful sensory profile defined by its heritage malts and unique fermentation. Utilizing Golden Promise malt, it delivers a deep, toffee-forward character and a bright, caramel-hued appearance. The use of Norwegian Kveik yeast introduces a complex layer of fruity esters that perfectly complement the bready, biscuit-like malt base. Aroma. High intensity with a strong malt-forward character of toffee, bread, and biscuit from the Golden Promise malt.
