This vibrant German Pils reimagines the classic pale lager through a New World lens, featuring a heavy hand of Australian Galaxy, Enigma, and Eclipse hops. The sensory experience opens with a sharp burst of citrus peel and lush passionfruit, layered over a clean, cracker-like malt base. While the structure remains firmly rooted in the crisp, dry tradition of the style, the hop profile introduces an assertive wave of tropical and stone fruit flavors. Appearance. Brilliant straw to deep yellow (SRM 2-4) with a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of passionfruit, tangerine, and white grape. These are supported by a clean, low grainy-sweet malt character reminiscent of fresh dough or crackers.
