Falling Piano Brewing PUMPKING

Blonde Ale 6.1 º
An inviting and approachable craft offering, this golden Blonde Ale delivers an easy-drinking profile elevated by its slightly robust strength. Clean aromas of freshly baked bread and soft, crackery malt mingle with a very delicate touch of floral hops. On the palate, a gentle, honey-like sweetness greets the tongue, balanced harmoniously by a low, clean bitterness and subtle fruity esters. Smooth and remarkably well-integrated, it finishes medium-dry with a hint of warming alcohol, presenting an exceptionally balanced and refreshing sensory experience.
Appearance. Deep gold color with brilliant clarity. Pours with a moderate, creamy white head that exhibits fair retention and leaves light lacing on the glass.
