Falkon SuperNOVA 01 redefines the American IPA through a regional lens, showcasing a vibrant Czech IPA character brewed in the heart of Žatec. Utilizing modern Czech hop varieties Eris and Juno, this ale presents a bright citrus and stone fruit profile underscored by delicate spice. The aromatic intensity is high, delivering waves of apricot and grapefruit against a clean, grainy malt backdrop. A firm bitterness balances the moderate alcohol content, leading to a crisp, dry finish. It is a sophisticated hybrid that marries New World hop-forwardness with the refined herbal nuances inherent to its Bohemian origins, resulting in a balanced and refreshing sensory experience.

Appearance. Color is medium gold (6-7 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, white, creamy head that exhibits excellent persistence and leaves fine lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High hop intensity featuring prominent notes of apricot, peach, and grapefruit from the Juno hops, complemented by a subtle spicy and floral undertone from the Eris variety. The malt character is low and clean, reminiscent of fresh grain or cracker. Fermentation is clean with very low fruity esters.

Taste. The initial impression is hop-forward, bursting with stone fruit and citrus flavors. A supportive, low-intensity grainy maltiness provides a platform for the hops without adding significant sweetness. Bitterness is firm and assertive, typical of the style, but remains clean and integrated. The finish is dry and crisp with a lingering hop-derived resinous and spicy aftertaste.
