Appearance. Color is a deep gold (8 SRM) with a slight, persistent haze characteristic of a dry-hopped profile. It supports a thick, frothy white head with excellent retention and significant lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of pineapple, mango, and grapefruit. A secondary layer of resinous pine and light melon is present. The malt character is low, manifesting as a clean, grainy, and slightly bready sweetness. Fermentation is clean with no significant esters.
Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with flavors of citrus zest and tropical stone fruit. Medium-high bitterness is firm but clean, balanced by a light, grainy malt backbone of Pale Ale and Pilsner malts. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering aftertaste of pine and citrus peel. Complexity is high due to the diverse hop blend.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture enhanced by the inclusion of Wheat and Chit malts. Carbonation is moderate-high, providing a crisp bite. There is a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
