This Czech-born American Pale Ale showcases a unique regional twist by utilizing Saaz-grown hop varieties Ceres and Saturn. The sensory profile opens with a bright, floral, and spicy bouquet from the Ceres hops, complemented by the herbal and subtle stone fruit nuances of Saturn. A clean foundation of neutral pale malt provides a grainy, bready support that allows the hops to remain the focal point. The beer finishes with a crisp, firm bitterness and a medium-dry character, balancing traditional Czech hop elegance with the vibrant, hop-forward structure of a classic craft pale ale. It is exceptionally drinkable and aromatically complex.

Appearance. Pale golden (approx. 6 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Topped by a moderately large, dense white head with excellent retention and persistent lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity hop aroma featuring floral, spicy, and herbal notes from the Ceres and Saturn hops, with a light touch of peach. Low grainy and neutral maltiness supports the hops. Clean fermentation profile with very low esters.

Taste. Initial hop-forward impression with flavors of herbal spice, meadow flowers, and a hint of stone fruit. Moderate to high bitterness is well-integrated and never harsh. The malt provides a light, bready support without caramel distraction. Finishes medium-dry and clean with a lingering herbal hop aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate to high carbonation. Overall smooth finish with no astringency and no perceived alcohol warmth.
