This German Pils is a masterclass in minimalism, showcasing a brilliant straw-gold clarity. The sensory experience is led by a prominent, grassy and spicy hop aroma derived from a generous kettle addition of Hallertau Mittelfrüh. On the palate, a lean, doughy malt profile from the single Pilsner malt provides a delicate, crackery foundation. It strikes a firm, bitter balance that cuts through the palate, finishing with an exceptionally dry and crisp conclusion. Clean lager fermentation ensures no distractions, allowing the herbal and floral nuances of the classic noble hops to shine through with refreshing, high-carbonation precision.

Appearance. Straw to pale yellow (2-3 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Persistent, dense, creamy white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Distinctly grassy and herbal hop character from Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Low, grainy-sweet and doughy malt presence with a hint of toasted crackers. Exceptionally clean fermentation profile.
