This Landbier presents a rustic, sessionable take on the American Lager style, characterized by a lean but flavorful grain bill. The inclusion of Spelt provides a delicate, nutty depth and a slightly earthy complexity to the otherwise neutral, sweet-grainy base. Its aroma is exceptionally clean, offering a faint whisper of floral hops against a backdrop of fresh crackers.
