The hop character is notable for its floral and herbal qualities, derived from Saaz and Tettnanger. Clean fermentation profile with no detectable esters or diacetyl.

This lager style is similar to German Helles and consumed in an equivalent manner. Soft, quaffable, and welcoming; our version clocks in at 4.4% and has a grist a Genie Pilsner malt and a heavy hand Vienna malt from our pals Linc Malt. Hopped lightly in the kettle with Saaz and Tettnanger hops for a floral and herbal nose to compliment the malty backbone of the beer and lagered for five weeks in our horizontal tanks.
Hints of bread crust, toasted nuts, and gentle kiss of noble bitter hops on the finish. The perfect lager for welcoming spring but when you still need a malty lager for the crispy Seattle nights. Zum Wohl!
