This indulgent Imperial Stout presents a decadent sensory profile, blending a robust, roasty foundation with vibrant tropical additions. The aroma is dominated by intense candied Thai banana and creamy toasted coconut, supported by deep layers of dark chocolate and rich caramel. On the palate, the influence of wild Thai bananas provides a dense, fruit-forward sweetness that harmonizes with the bittersweet character of heavily roasted malts. The mouthfeel is exceptionally viscous and velvety, typical of a high-gravity stout, with a warming 10.5% ABV that integrates seamlessly. A complex finish reveals lingering notes of cocoa and macaroons, creating a multi-layered, harmonious experience.
Appearance. Jet black and completely opaque. It supports a thick, deep tan head with moderate retention and significant viscosity, often leaving visible legs on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity with a rich blend of bittersweet chocolate, dark caramel, and coffee-like roast. Distinctive candied Thai banana esters are prominent, accompanied by a heavy toasted coconut presence. Low hop aroma is masked by rich specialty malt and adjunct scents.
Taste. Initial impression is intensely sweet and malty, featuring flavors of cocoa, dark caramel, and bread crust. Pronounced candied banana and nutty, toasted coconut flavors are layered over a firm roastiness. Hop bitterness is moderate but balanced by high residual sweetness. The finish is lingering and warm with a complex interplay of fruit and dark grain.
Mouthfeel. Full to very full-bodied with a thick, chewy, and velvety texture. Low to moderate carbonation. A smooth, noticeable alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated, contributing to a luscious overall mouthfeel.

This hefty Stout was recirculated through wild Thai bananas and toasted coconut. Expect huge chocolate and dark caramel notes with candied banana, toasty coconut and some roastiness to balance things out.
Please store cold and drink fresh! Optimal serving temperature is around 15°C."
