Alchemy is a vibrant Hazy IPA that captures the synergy between Citra and Motueka hops. This collaboration delivers an intense sensory profile defined by high-impact tropical fruit. The Citra hops contribute a foundation of lush mango, passion fruit, and bright grapefruit, while the Motueka layers in distinctive notes of fresh lime zest and crushed citrus. Its appearance is beautifully opaque with a glowing, straw-colored hue. The palate is treated to a soft, pillowy mouthfeel and restrained bitterness, allowing the juice-like character to remain front and center through a clean, off-dry finish that highlights the expert biotransformation of hop oils.
Appearance. Straw to light gold (4–6 SRM); opaque with a luminous, hazy shine; thick, white, rocky head with high retention and a meringue-like texture.
Aroma. High intensity; bold tropical fruit (mango, lychee) and citrus (lime, grapefruit) dominate; clean, lightly bready malt background; neutral fermentation profile with supportive fruity esters.
Taste. Very high fruity hop flavor featuring mango and lime; low to medium bitterness that feels soft and integrated; medium-low bready malt flavor; finish is smooth and off-dry with a lingering tropical aftertaste and no harshness.
