Elegant and potent, this Belgian-inspired Triple Italian Grape Ale beautifully marries the rustic charm of Piedmont's white Arneis grapes with the signature expressive yeast character of the brewer. Deep golden and effervescent, it opens with an alluring bouquet of ripe pear, apricot, and soft white blossoms, underscored by subtle peppery phenols and a hint of sweet pale malt. The palate delivers a luscious yet highly attenuated wave of stone fruit, white wine grape must, and light honeyed sweetness, neatly balanced by a delicate wine-like acidity and a warming, clean alcohol finish. It is a masterful, complex marriage of wine and beer.

Appearance. Deep gold to light amber in color with brilliant clarity. Features a thick, rocky white head with medium-high retention that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity aroma blending dominant vinous notes of white Arneis grapes, showcasing fresh pear, peach, and soft floral tones. This grape character is supported by Belgian-style yeast esters of yellow apple and light peppery, spicy phenols. Low pale malt sweetness is present, while hop aroma and diacetyl are absent.

Taste. Features a complex, moderately sweet initial impression that rapidly dries out. Prominent white grape flavors of green pear, apricot, and yellow plum lead, supported by a clean pale malt base with light honey notes. Hop flavor and bitterness are low, with balance achieved through a soft, refreshing vinous acidity. Finishes dry and crisp with lingering stone fruit esters and a clean, smooth alcohol warmth.

Mouthfeel. Medium body, lightened significantly by high attenuation. High, lively carbonation creates a spritzy, champagne-like mouthfeel. Displays a noticeable, smooth alcohol warmth that is well-integrated and free of solvent or hot characters. Very low astringency.
