HÉRO is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases the complex synergy between Enigma and Citra hops. It opens with an expressive sensory profile of red currants and nuanced Pinot Gris notes from the Enigma, seamlessly blended with the punchy tropical fruit and citrus backbone provided by Citra. A pale, bready malt base provides a soft stage for these intense aromatics. The experience is defined by a plush, pillowy texture and a restrained bitterness that highlights a juicy character. Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (3-5 SRM). Distinctly hazy with a luminous opacity. Features a dense, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring notes of red berries, white grape, and passionfruit. Secondary layers of orange zest and mango are present. Low bready, grainy malt character in the background with a clean, neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. Explosion of tropical fruit and red berry hop flavors. The hop character provides a unique vinous quality alongside grapefruit and lime.
