Excosa Brisant is a captivating Belgian Tripel that balances its robust 8.6% strength with a remarkably smooth delivery. This aromatic ale radiates a bouquet of peppery phenols and bright citrus esters, specifically orange and lemon peel, which are heightened by the inclusion of honey. The honey provides a delicate floral nuance and enhances the soft, grainy-sweet malt backbone without adding heavy sugar.
