At only 2.8% ABV, it offers a punchy aroma of grapefruit, pineapple, and subtle clove. The palate is defined by a soft, crackery malt foundation that supports citrusy hop flavors and a crisp, bone-dry finish. Appearance. Pale yellow (3 SRM). Slight haze with a large, persistent, billowy white head and characteristic lacing.
Aroma. Medium-high intensity. Fruity esters of pear and apple blend with tropical hop notes of mango and citrus. Light spicy phenols like white pepper are present, over a low crackery malt backdrop.
Taste. Initial cracker-like maltiness leads into a dry, hoppy-bitter finish. Moderate tropical and floral hop flavors are balanced by spicy yeast character. Bitterness is moderate to firm, accentuated by a high degree of attenuation and a clean aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Light body with high, prickly carbonation. No alcohol warmth; smooth and refreshing.
