This sessionable Berliner Weisse offers a vibrant sensory journey defined by its assertive, clean lactic tartness. The aroma is dominated by the tropical intensity of passion fruit, interwoven with the bright, citrusy perfume of lemon and bergamot zests. On the palate, a light, doughy wheat malt base provides a brief support before the sharp acidity takes over, complemented by zesty citrus oils and a lingering tropical fruit finish. Effervescent and exceptionally crisp, it delivers a refreshing complexity where the exotic floral notes of bergamot lift the fruit-forward profile into a bone-dry, mouth-watering finish.

Appearance. Pale straw (2-3 SRM) with a slight haze from the fruit addition and wheat protein. Features a large, dense white head with poor retention, common in highly acidic styles.

Aroma. High intensity, dominated by a sharp, clean lactic sourness. Powerful tropical passion fruit notes are layered with the bright, floral-citrus perfume of bergamot and fresh lemon zest. Low bready wheat malt character; no hop aroma.

Taste. Initial impression is an assertive, clean lactic sourness. Passion fruit provides a tart tropical flavor, while lemon and bergamot zests add citric complexity and a floral lift. Very low hop bitterness, with the balance firmly dominated by acidity. Faint grainy wheat malt is present but quickly overtaken by a dry, tart, and refreshing finish.

Mouthfeel. Light body with very high, prickly carbonation. No perceived alcohol warmth. Crisp acidity with a clean, refreshing mouth-puckering sensation and no astringency.
