Evil Twin’s Pink Pineapple presents as a vibrant Wild Specialty Beer that bridges the gap between a tart ale and a tropical IPA. The sensory experience is dominated by the succulent, zesty aroma of fresh pineapple, complemented by underlying tropical hop notes of mango and citrus. On the palate, a bright lactic acidity provides a refreshing snap that cuts through a delicate, doughy malt sweetness. The finish is crisp and exceptionally clean, leaving a lingering impression of tart tropical fruit. Appearance. Hazy, pale gold with a distinct pinkish-rose tint. Moderate off-white to light pink head with fair retention and minimal lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; bold, fresh pineapple dominates the profile. Complementary tropical fruit esters and hop-derived notes of guava and citrus. Clean lactic sourness provides a sharp, bright edge. Minimal grainy malt presence.

Taste. Immediate burst of tart pineapple and acidic citrus. Moderate lactic sourness is balanced by a light, bready malt sweetness. Hop flavor is tropical and juicy, while bitterness remains low to avoid clashing with the acidity. Finishes dry and refreshing with a lingering tart fruit character.
