Opaque and vibrant, it maintains the classic juicy character of the style while exploring a rich, spice-forward profile that finishes with a smooth, lingering warmth and rounded complexity.
Appearance. Color is deep gold to light orange (SRM 5-7); opaque clarity with a characteristic hazy shine. Features a medium to rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and significant lacing.
Aroma. High intensity; a fusion of tropical fruit and citrus hop character integrated with roasted coffee and earthy cacao nibs. Prominent notes of cinnamon and nutmeg are supported by a sweet vanilla undertone. Clean, neutral, grainy malt in the background; no buttery diacetyl or acidic notes.
