Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7-9 SRM). Pours with a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head that leaves tight lacing. Displays a characteristic slight haze common in modern double dry-hopped versions.
Aroma. Intense hop aroma dominated by citrus and tropical fruit. Citra provides heavy grapefruit and lime notes, while Motueka adds a distinctive crushed lemon-lime character. Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a crisp prickle on the tongue. There is a restrained, smooth alcohol warmth that highlights the beer's strength without being solventy or hot.
