This vibrant Wild Specialty Beer from Evil Twin Brewing delivers an intense, nostalgia-driven sensory experience, merging the sharp tartness of blue raspberry with a modern hop profile. The pour reveals a striking, hazy magenta-hued body topped by a fleeting, pink-tinted head. Aromatically, it leads with pungent notes of jammy raspberry and zesty citrus hops, underpinned by a clean, lactic sourness. On the palate, a bold acidity accentuates the berry character, while a subtle hop bitterness provides a drying counterpoint to the initial fruit impression. It finishes crisp and puckeringly dry, showcasing a well-integrated balance between its wild fermentation and fruity additives.
