This non-alcoholic American Lager presents a bright golden profile that defies its low-gravity origins with a surprisingly aromatic presence. The sensory experience is led by a refreshing combination of citrus hop notes and a delicate malt foundation of honey and biscuit. Despite its minimal alcohol content, it maintains a balanced structure where a light sweetness is countered by a clean, spicy hop character and a crisp, spritzy finish. Appearance. Bright gold (approximately 3–4 SRM) and brilliantly clear. Features a beautiful, stable, fine-pored white head with a slightly creamy texture and good retention.

Aroma. Moderate intensity with a clean fermentation profile. Initial notes of bready malt, honey, and biscuit are complemented by distinct, refreshing citrus hop aromas and a faint spicy undertone.

Taste. The palate opens with a light malt sweetness featuring flavors of honey and biscuit. This is quickly balanced by bright citrus hop flavors and a subtle spiciness. Bitterness is low but firm (20 IBU), providing a clean, crisp finish that remains balanced rather than cloying. The aftertaste is refreshing with a lingering, pleasant hop bitterness.
